The banana and cinnamon scrambled eggs looks like beef in this picture, but that's because the banana was sitting in my fridge for awhile

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Whisk everything together and cook normally like how you would cook scrambled eggs (on medium heat)
In this picture, I have it on whole wheat toast, with dry curd cottage cheese and avocado
