Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (you can use regular flour)
- 1 celery
- 1 banana
- 1 protein scoop
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Scoop some of the batter onto a lightly greased pan, and add banana chunks on top. Flip when bubbles start to form on top
I had a huge craving for chocolate that day so I also added chocolate chips when I added the banana chunks
